Wondering about resumes at career fairs?

Do your homework. Investigate the companies that will be at the fairs. Check their websites for what they do and how they generally recruit. There might be a mention of what they want in their applications and whether or not they encourage submission of resumes at fairs.

Then, review your current resume to ensure that it includes the best mix of education (courses completed, courses currently being taken) and experience (paid and unpaid) for each particular employer. This may mean customizing two or three resumes to take with you to the fair.  Get resume help, if needed.
