Past Participants Review
Here's what previous exhibitors at our Fair have to say:

Thank you both for the success of yesterday. The fair was exceptionally well organized, attended, and my staff delighted with the candidates we met.

You guys put together a great event. Everything was well organized. [We] found it easy to get our gear unloaded and set up, and the staff was very helpful. All in all I feel like we had a successful day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the student audience at this event?
This Fair typically attracts upwards of 1,500 students annually from all years, programs, and disciplines. This year to make the fair more manageable in our online environment, we have divided one fair into two. We anticipate that students will be as keen as ever to explore future educational opportunities.
How do students prepare for this event?
Queen's students can access Career Services resources such as counseling year-round. During the academic year, qualified counselors run student workshops, including a series on preparing for each Career Fair. Students are encouraged to read our exhibitor guide and do their research before attending. On the day of the event, many bring their resume and are prepared to set up an interview. Once at the Career Fair, students can attend the online Student Preparation area for extra advice.
How can I maximize my impact at the Fair?
  • Send representatives who can speak directly to your current opportunities, especially Queen's alumni or other new graduates who can connect with students.
  • Maintain a year-round presence on campus in print and online with an Advertisement Package.
  • Build your brand awareness with students through additional Information Sessions.
  • Post your current job opportunities to our MyCareer portal to reach as many Queen's students as possible.
