Our annual fairs allow you the opportunity to present your organization to students, establish your brand on campus, collect resumes for current job openings, and talk to great future leaders. Join us to find your next great hire at Queen's!

Held every year in the Fall, Queen's Career & Further Education Fair is our premiere recruitment event on Queen’s campus! Approximately 1,000 students attend each year, seeking employment, internships, further education options, and professional development. Employers and representatives from diverse fields come from around the world to meet Queen’s Students.

Students also have access to free on-site resume review and one-on-one career advising at all of our fairs.

Fall Engineering & Technology Fair

Held every fall, this event connects Engineering and Technology-focused employers with Queen’s University’s much sought-after engineering and computing students. Over 1,300 students attended the 2023 event, eager to discuss internships and post-graduate positions.

Winter Engineering & Technology Fair

Held in January of each year, this in-person event connects our best engineering and computing students with employers for potential internships and post-graduate opportunities. Save the date for our 2025 event on January 29, 2025.

Employers and representatives from professional and graduate programs who are interested in connecting with students in Bachelor of Health SciencesLife Sciences, or Kinesiology & Health Studies programs for post-graduation, internship, or summer job opportunities are invited to attend this online fair.

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Networking Event

Employers with exceptional Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives are invited to meet with students to share more about the programs offered, celebrate successes, and provide additional information on how they create a sense of belonging for in the workplace for equity-deserving employees.

Information Sessions & Booths

Information sessions and pop-up booths are a great way for employers to connect with talented Queen’s students, promote their brand across campus, and meet their recruitment needs. Learn more about Information Sessions & Booths.

Cancellation Policy 

Please send notice of cancellation in writing to qocr@queensu.ca. If notice of an exhibitor cancelling their registration is received 14 days or more before the event, a full refund of the registration fee less a $100 administrative fee will be given. 

If the cancellation is received after the 14 day cut-off date, no refund will be issued. This policy applies whether or not payment was submitted at the time of online registration - exhibitors who cancel within the 14 day cut-off date will still receive an invoice. 

Exhibitors who register for Career Expo but do not attend on the day of the event will be required to pay the full cost of registration for Career Expo. No registration will be accepted for a future event until payment for the unattended Career Expo is submitted.
