Queen's Career Fair Sept 25th

The annual Career Fair is the premiere recruitment event at Queen's University, occurring on Sept 25th from 10:30am-3:30pm at the Queen's Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC). There are over 120 employer and educator recruiters to connect with from a variety of locations and sectors. Get a professional photo taken at our LinkedIn photo booth (sponsored by the City of Kingston). Stop by our Student Prep Area as you head in, and even take a tour of the fair to get help with how to approach/what to ask exhibitors and tips for networking.

Experiential Learning Wage Subsidy Program

Employers of small/medium sized companies can access up to $3000 in wage subsidies to hire a Queen’s student part-time this fall!

If your position is NEW, and provides career skills development such as analysis, writing and reporting, marketing, or coordination, etc. you may qualify for a wage subsidy. Submit your job description today for approval and posting to qocr@queensu.ca with Subject:  EL Wage Subsidy! *Note: subsidy is based on approximately 30% of minimum wage.

Summer Drop-In Advising Hours

Drop-In Career Advising

This summer, drop-in career advising will take place every Monday to Thursday from 1:30pm-3:30pm. Drop-in advising is available to all currently registered Queen's students and recent Queen's Grads (up to one year post graduation). 

No appointment necessary! Join us in the Career Information Area in Career Services, on the third floor of Gordon Hall.
