How do I find a summer job?
Learn how to find and apply successfully to summer positions 

Finding a summer job is a combination of using effective job search strategies (networking, resumes, interviews) and finding job postings/openings. As you’ve likely heard, while some jobs are advertised, most are not (the “hidden job market”). This section lists ways you can develop your job search strategies (the next section What's out there? will list resources for job positions and employment programs).

Things have changed a lot — and quickly. If you are looking for a summer job, even in these uncertain times, there are still strategies you can use to increase your chances of success. In this session, a Career Counsellor will guide you through the process of identifying your goals, the sectors and types of organizations that are still offering summer opportunities, and the concrete action steps you can take to secure those leads.
