Engineering & Technology Fair 

Our Engineering & Technology Fair connects employers with engineering and computing students seeking internships, summer positions, and new graduate roles. This event occurs twice annually - in October and January. 

The Winter Engineering & Technology Fair will take place on Wednesday January 24, 2018.

Who is the student audience at this event?
This Fair attracts upwards of 1,000 students twice annually from all years of study in engineering and computing programs. Undergraduates, Masters, and Ph.D students all attend this event.
How do students prepare for this event?
Queen's students can access Career Services resources such as counseling year-round. During the academic year, qualified counselors run student workshops, including a series on preparing for each Career Fair. 
Students are encouraged to read our exhibitor guide and do their research before attending. On the day of the event, many bring their resume and are prepared to set up an interview. 
Once at the Fair, students are greeted and briefed by our counselors.
What is included with my registration?
  • Your booth: 3x6 foot folding table, tablecloth, and chair
  • Electrical hookup
  • Free access to campus WiFi network for all your devices
  • Lunch for all of your representatives
  • Parking pass
How much space will I have at the venue?
A standard booth includes a 3x6 foot table, with approximately 2 feet of clearance on either side. If you have a large display or require special accommodation, please let us know as soon as possible via
How can I maximize my impact at the Fair?
  • Send representatives who can speak directly to your current opportunities, especially Queen's alumni or other new graduates who can connect with students. 
  • Maximize your impact at the fair through sponsorship of our LinkedIn Booth, On-Site Resume Clinic, or Student Ambassador Apparel.
  • Maintain a year-round presence on campus in print and online with an Advertisement Package.
  • Build your brand awareness with students through an Information Session Package.
  • Post your current job opportunities to our MyCareer portal to reach as many Queen's students as possible.
