Sponsorship is an excellent way to build brand awareness among your target student audience. Sponsors also receive benefits at their chosen career event, which can include recognition on event materials and social media, advertisement space in our Queen's Best Cover Letter Magazine, which complements our magazines from previous years Queen's Best Resume Magazine and Queen's Best Interview Magazine, and unlimited Featured job postings on our MyCareer portal.
For more information on sponsorship opportunities please connect with Queen's On-Campus Recruiting Team: qocr@queensu.ca
Here's what previous exhibitors at our Career Fair have to say:
"Thank you both for the success of yesterday. The fair was exceptionally well organized, attended, and my staff delighted with the candidates we met."
"You guys put together a great event. Everything was well organized. [We] found it easy to get our gear unloaded and set up, and the staff was very helpful. All in all I feel like we had a successful day."
Please send notice of cancellation in writing to qocr@queensu.ca. If notice of an exhibitor cancelling their registration is received 14 days or more before the event, a full refund of the registration fee less a $100 administrative fee will be given.
If the cancellation is received after the 14 day cut-off date, no refund will be issued. This policy applies whether or not payment was submitted at the time of online registration - exhibitors who cancel within the 14 day cut-off date will still receive an invoice.
Exhibitors who register for Career Expo but do not attend on the day of the event will be required to pay the full cost of registration for Career Expo. No registration will be accepted for a future event until payment for the unattended Career Expo is submitted.
