Skills and Interviews + Work Permits

This workshop will have 2 parts.
In this first half of this workshop, you will learn how to talk about your skills and prepare for interviews. You will learn how to handle certain interview questions encountered in a Canadian context such as "Tell Me About Yourself", typical behavioural questions (e.g., about teamwork experience), and questions you would ask of the employer.  Come prepared to practice and ask questions – walk away feeling more ready for an interview. Arthur Chen, International Student Advisor, will then address the topic of work permits for those desiring to work in Canada during and/or after their studies.
