Ability Edge
A Canadian paid internship program for graduates with self-declared disabilities to assist them in gaining career-building work experience. Ability Edge interns have a university degree or college diploma/certificate and are looking to accelerate their professional careers. Ability Edge internships are paid positions that last for 6, 9 or 12 months and are used by employers seeking more diversity in their workforce. More information available on the Career Edge website

CACEE Ethical Recruitment Guidelines  
CACEE (pronounced: kay-see) The Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE) is a national non-profit partnership of employer recruiters and career services professionals. CACEE sets out guidelines for ethical recruitment at post-secondary educational institutions. These guidelines are intended to provide a framework for the professional relationships between employers, students, third party recruiters and career educators. The guidelines are based on industry research, have been generally agreed upon by employers and educators, and are advocated by CACEE for national implementation.

Career Edge 
A national not-for-profit, has worked with over 1000 employers across Canada to provide meaningful work experiences through paid internships to over 10,000 talented interns since 1996.
